This Giveaway is sponsored by Star-Batt LLC (“Sponsor”). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you meet all eligibility requirements stated herein.
1. Eligibility
The FDIC Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the United States, Canada, and Mexico, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Star-Batt LLC and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and household members of each are not eligible.
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM ET on November 5, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on March 31, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”). One (1) winner will be selected at random and notified within 30 days after the end of the Giveaway Period.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete and submit the contact form located at:

Limit one (1) entry per person. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means will be void. Incomplete or inaccurate entries are void.
By submitting the form, participants agree to receive marketing and promotional communications from Star-Batt LLC. You may unsubscribe at any time.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive the following:
- (1) Orange Star-Batt Mini
- (1) Star-Batt Solar
- (1) Star-Batt Cradle
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,948 USD
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is not available.
5. Shipping Terms
The winner will receive the prize at no cost if shipped within the continental United States (lower 48). If the winner is located in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or Mexico, the winner will be responsible for the actual shipping cost. Sponsor will coordinate shipping and provide cost estimates in advance. If the winner declines to cover shipping outside the lower 48, the prize may be forfeited and a new winner selected.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) winner will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will occur within 30 days of April 1, 2026.
The potential winner will be contacted using the information provided in the entry form. If the potential winner does not respond after three (3) contact attempts within five (5) business days of the final attempt, an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing.
7. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
8. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of their name, image, likeness, photograph, voice, and biographical information for promotional and marketing purposes in any media worldwide without further compensation or notice.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Star-Batt LLC, its affiliates, employees, officers, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the winner.
11. Privacy
All entry information is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described therein and for administering this Giveaway.
12. Tax Obligations
If the total prize value exceeds $600 USD and the winner is a U.S. resident, the winner may be required to complete IRS Form W-9 and may receive a Form 1099-MISC reporting the prize value. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, local, or international taxes, duties, and customs charges.
13. Governing Law
This Giveaway is governed by and subject to the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law rules. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Kootenai County, Idaho, and participants waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections.
