I come from two long careers in law enforcement and the military that for one, gave me a great appreciation for reliable power generation when it comes to communications equipment. Like General Thurman would say, āIf you aināt communicating, your just camping out!ā Truer words were never spoken. Iām just getting into Starlink and in my reviews of power options, Star-Batt stood out as the absolute best on the market. A lot of thoughtful experiences went into the development of this product. Although I was initially hesitant due to the price, like everything else I depend on, you get what you pay for. They are several methods to lessen the sticker shot over time, but what really hooked me was their customer service approach. Quick replies to emails and phone calls executed in a humble and very respectful and relatable manner. They only sold me what I needed and didnāt try to upcharge for anything. Shipment was fast. I canāt say enough good about these guys, their dedication to their product and their customers. You will be glad you made the Star- Batt the most valuable component of your communication plan!
Recently bought a Star-Batt Mini so that when we are camping off-grid we will always have a way to reach our kids and visa versa. We have been using this summer during camping trips and it is terrific. We like that it is all contained in one unit (StarLink Mini and Star-Batt Mini). It is really easy to use, you simply charge it up and throw it out on the ground. We really didn’t do anything else and it immediately connected us to the internet. We also used it with a solar panel and that worked great during a long hike. We locked the Star-Batt Mini in the back of the truck and fed the cable out to a low cost solar panel we spread out on the back truck bed cover – our hike lasted 5 hours and when we returned the Star-Batt Mini was all charged up. It is built like a tank and we haven’t babied it and simply works. Love it!
Living in Mt Shasta we loose power and internet almost daily. Having Starlink allows us to continue our business. Weather itās raining, snowing, Starlink is working .
I highly recommend
I shall use my StarBatt in conjunction with my ham radio outings. I am very pleased with my purchase.
I bought the starābatt mini so I could stay connected with work while in remote areas. This included offshore trips as well as mountainous regions all over the US. Itās worked flawlessly for my needs and has kept me connected and safe while traveling remotely.
